Biography

Lady Dee Foley was born on September 29th, in Birmingham, Alabama and raised in San Diego, California. Lady Dee graduated from Prairie View A & M University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. She kept very busy in college with such activities as touring with the Concert Choir, being President of the Speech and Debate Team, Gymnastics Team Leader, Resident Advisor as well as became a member Gamma Sigma Sigma National Service Sorority and is an active alumni member today where she serves as Social Chairman. 

Lady Dee made a choice to serve our country in the United States Navy Reserves as an Intelligence Specialist for four years. She helped to support the Navy Seals in various Secret and Top Secret Missions both foreign and domestic.

Her true passion is for children. She taught in the public and private school sector for seven years. While teaching she also was the Drill Team & Tall Flags Coach, School Site Literacy Coach, Multi-Cultural Advisor, Cheerleading Coach, Speech Team Coach and Math Team Coach. She believes education is very important and you are never too old to learn something new. She currently is a Legal Secretary for Reynolds Frizzell LLP and a Private Tutor. Lady Dee is the Scholarship Co-Chairman for the Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc.- Houston Chapter also a proud member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Alpha Kappa Omega Chapter Houston, TX.

She works diligently in ministry with her husband, Bishop Alvin R. Foley, Sr. They are the proud parents of three beautiful children: Paris, Allia and Alvin, II.
